The fully automatic aging room is applied for aging tests of high power inverters, PCS and energy storage products.

The overall steel structure design of the flexible aging room allows for the enlargement of the internal solvent, making it easy to disassemble and assemble, and can be designed according to customer requirements. Intelligent AGV trolley transports products, two-way automatic sliding doors, large windows, wide field of view, convenient maintenance, and an independent air duct system.

The aging system consists of an aging room (equipment room, double door, observation window, air inlet), aging power cabinet, wiring cabinet, aging operating trolley, host computer monitoring system, independent air duct system, large fan, transformer, etc. It adopts a combination of dual units, and the content can be enlarged arbitrarily, easy to disassemble and assemble, and also can be designed according to customer requirements. 

The aging system adopts the upper row turbine exhaust fan (for easy environmental temperature control), installed on the top of the cabinet, with integrated functional expansion, excellent appearance design, easy maintenance, and short construction time. The movable constant temperature aging cabinet isolates the product area from the load area, which is an independent system that does not affect the control circuit.

The warehouse aging system adopts a silent turbine high-temperature centrifugal fan with large air volume and energy saving, making the temperature distribution more uniform.
