Fully Automatic Test System
ALR-FCT-9000S, fully automatic online testing system, requires no personnel to be on duty. PLC+PC intelligent and seamless methods are used during the front and rear docking, and no personnel are required to take and place the board. The only operations are to change the fixture and call up the corresponding program when replace the test machine model, and the track can be automatically adjusted in width according to the size of different products. Using PCBA products to flow directly into the equipment track or use tray carriers to accurately position and flow into the equipment, which has functions such as preventing products from being placed in reverse, decelerating, positioning,not pressing down if the product does not fall completely into the fixture positioning pins, etc., to prevent the product from being pressed. The offline testing equipment on the customer's site can also be modified, using the model, computer, and other resources that can be used in the offline equipment to transform it into a fully automatic online equipment, which will greatly reduce the customer's investment cost by increasing production capacity and saving manpower, and increasing the visual beauty of the production line without human intervention.
