Automatic ATE Test System
ALR-9100S automatic ATE test system is a system solution provided by our company for photovoltaic inverters and energy storage converters (PCS), which is mainly used to test whether their functions and performance meet the design and relevant standard requirements. The power grid simulation source and the DC simulation source have parallel expansion interfaces, which supports the testing of various power products.
This automatic test station consists of ATE integrated test system, ATE test mechanism platform and product fixture flow line. The ATE line is connected to the end of the inverter assembly line and aging test equiment, integrating into a straight line operation. The carrier is placed on the flow test line, the ATE station completes the voltage resistance test and electrical performance test, and next machine automatically sorts qualified and defective products, and then the qualified ones are transferred to manual packaging. The test efficiency and product quality are greatly improved by the fully automatic ATE test optimization solution, saving time and reducing costs for equipment manufacturers and testing organizations.
