Product Details

The fully automatic aging room is applied for aging tests of high power inverters, PCS and energy storage products. There are two double speed chains at the entrance and exit of the aging room, and two cold air ducts pass through the product aging device and the bilateral handling and lifting robot on the driving track. The aging device includes the first aging rack and the second aging rack that are symmetrically distributed, and the bilateral handling and lifting robot is set between them. When the product reaches the designated position of the aging rack, it automatically locates and docks with the aging power supply, realizing the automation of handling and docking, improving the efficiency of aging testing and reducing personnel costs. After testing the product, it passes through the aging defect discharge machine, reads the aging device ID number, discharges the defective product, and sounds an alarm. The internal layout of the aging device is reasonable, and the Y-axis handling components of the bilateral handling manipulator adopt a mirror distributed bilateral structure, which makes the setting of the inverter product aging testing line reasonable and effective, further improving the aging test efficiency.
