EOL Test System
The ALR-EOL test system is mainly used for energy storage battery pack offline testing, AcR, software burning and insulationwithstand voltage safety performance testing, including product consistency inspection, module design verificationresearch, battery pack production line comprehensive testing (internal resistance, capacity, cycle life). etc.The entire EOl system adopts a network management mode, with the server as the center, and manages and supports theoperation of all test terminals on the network through network interconnection, in order to realize production datatransmission, status monitoring and digital quality management ofthe production line.
Key Features
1. Independently modular design: Capable of integrating multiple instruments and equipment, with a complete range of testing projects, which can also integrate factory MES system communication function.
2. Script programming: Using script programming, users can adjust the test process and add test items freely according to test requirements. The software message management system can import standard DBC files and add messages according to protocol standards.
3. The EOL test system can perform insulation and withstand voltage tests on the positive and negative poles of the battery to the shell, and record the insulation impedance and leakage current value of the positive and negative poles to the shell in real time during the test.
4. The EOL test system can perform AC internal resistance tests on the battery, and record the AC internal resistance value in real time during the test.
5. The EOL test system provides a controllable DC power supply with an output range of 0-30V and an output current of 5A, and sets the DC power supply output through the host computer management system in a communication manner.
6. The EOL test system provides multiple CAN communication interfaces and BMS status extension interfaces, which can communicate bidirectionally with the BMS system, and simulate and test various functions of the battery pack BMS.
7. The host management system provides a test process editing function, which can edit and configure the processes that need to be tested, and can be saved as files locally. The host management system automatically starts the test process according to the pre-configured test process, controls the start/stop and operation of the scanner, charge and discharge tester, comprehensive tester, inspection and other equipment, collects various real-time and calculated parameters transmitted by the charge and discharge tester, comprehensive tester, individual inspection device, BMS system, and integrates them to form test reports and records.
